Please be advised that on 14 and 15 April, we are introducing a new repairs system.

During this period, we will only be able to issue emergency repairs. We will take details of routine repairs; however, appointments cannot be booked at this time. If you report a routine repair, a member of the Team will contact you on 16 April to arrange a suitable appointment.

While we transition to the new system, call wait times may be slightly longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
